Services

Surroundings by Sweetland provides acid staining, scoring and sealing of concrete for commercial and residential. Custom patterns can be designed to give your floor a unique look. Although a majority of this type of work is completed on new construction, this service can be performed on older slabs that are still in good condition.

Our process on new construction after your builder has been notified that we will be staining your floor is as follows:

We will score the floors a few days after the floor is poured.
We will stain and seal about 3 - 4 weeks after the concrete is poured to allow it to cure. (preferably before mechanical subs enter the project or the floor will need to be fully protected)
In a couple of days the floors should be covered to protect them from paint, glue and other types of construction spills.
